Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Non delivery of cylinder even one month after booking | |||||
My refill booking no. is 203922.Booking date 23/02/2017.My booking was cleared upto 31/01/2017. I was categorically assured that cylinder would be delivered to me within the first week of March.Thereafter, that delivery would surely be made within 19/03/2017.My supply of gas was exhausted by 18/03/2017, and my family is functioning without gas since. Talking to my gas agency, after consistent complaining, I was again assured that delivery would be made today, i.e., 21/03/2017.After calling the agency today for delivery I was told it wouldn't be made today as well.When exactly is the cylinder going to be delivered?Why was there such deficiency in delivery to being with?Why have the express assurances made to me by your authorized dealers not been fulfilled yet?What is the reason for delay of an entire month in the delivery of 1 cylinder?My contact person with the agency -Mr.Shakti [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
