I have booked Gas on 17th July 2022 (Booking Reference no: 24027) with Raj Arya Bharat Gas Agency, Code 186498

I have raised a complaint with your customer service yesterday and the case no is 04795827

I did not receive my Gad and nothing was done and I received a SMS as below mentioning that the case is resolved

Is this the way your complaint team works ? Without even checking or calling me to confirm whether the gas is delivered or not ??
