Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — non delivery of gas even after 27 days of booking.

My consumer number of gas is 2944 and Banani distributor at Suren Tagore Road, Kolkata is my distributor. I am facing regular problem in receiving gas after booking. I have booked gas on 13.07.2018. My booking number is 19965. But till today i.e. 10.08.2018, I have not received any cylinder.It is quite ridiculous for a reputed company to deliver cylinder after so many days. I tried to lodge my complaint through your customer care number but i was unsuccessful to do so as I was informed by your executive that due to problem in server my complaint cannot be registered. Please do something to reduce my harassment.- Sulakhana Upadhyay
