I have booked a refill cylinder being refill id- [protected] & paid online on 19.07.22. Then i talked to the cylinder supplier van driver & he assured me to deliver on 21.07.22. But, full day i waited for him, he neither came for delivery nor received my call. Later he switched off the phone, rather he had confirmed me on the very morning on 21.07.22 to deliver me the cylinder. He is harassing the customers, just playing with our times & emotions. They are knowingly not delivering me the refill cylinder by keeping malafide intention to me. I have lodged a complain on toll free on 22.07.22 being complain no[protected], and again I have given written mail complain to "[protected]@bharatpetroleum.In" on 03.08.22 being case no 04806990 . But, still no any resolution provided from their end. This type of harassment they are giving to the customers. Was this information helpful? |
