We have been raising complaint to bpcl since more than a month that our cylinder was not delivered booked on 6th Feb and the distributor is not even refunding my payment done online. Customer care team keeps closing the ticket saying unable to contact customer in 1 day while we never even received calls on both phone numbers. I even went through Twitter and all they could respond till 3 days was that they are working on it.
Its been more than a month and I am still waiting for a gas cylinder for my home along with the refund for previous undelivered item.
