Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Not accepting plastic money by saying that their machine is not working.

Issue:
I am using SBI BPCL Credit Card to earn some reward points by using it on BPCL petrol pumps. But, above mentioned petrol pump many times deny to accept payment through my credit card or use a different machine; therefore, I am denied reward points.
I have asked them many a times but no help from them.
Please look into the issue and do the needful.
