I have booked my gas cylinder through online on 13.12.2021 and prepaid the gas amount . My booking no. is 60902 and my consumer no. 11795 . Till date the agency has not delivered the gas. Hence I contacted the agency over phone they assured to deliver today. I waited upto 5.00pm the agency fail to deliver the gas. Hence again I contacted the agency 5.00pm in this regard whereas the agency response very lethargic and no proper answer for delay of delivery.
Hence I forced to complaint in this regard and requested to take appropriate action against the agency for delaying deliver of the gas cylinder and advise the agency to deliver the gas tomorrow.
Usually I got my cylinder within 2 days. However the agency delaying prepaid cases. This is the fourth time I faced this kind of delay on prepaid case. There is punishment I got whenever I prepaid the gas amount. Hence next time onward I did not prepaid.
