Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Not providing actual quantity of fuel against my payment

Address:JAYA SERVICE CENTRE, IA-278 SECTOR-III,SALTLAKE, KOLKATA-700097

On 29/01/2020 when i purchased 17.10 liters fuel from this outlet i found there is a significant lesser quantity of fuel compare to other pump.I purchase equal quantity of fuel from other pump every week.So i have a fair idea about this.When i asked the pump authority regarding my concern, they refuses to provide proper answer.
Need your serious intervention regarding this issue
