Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — not unblocking my connection

Dear sir/mam,
I am a bharat gas consumer. Recently my connection was blocked under multiple connection. I went to distributor on 28 september and submitted my surrender papers of previous connection where i was told that it would take a week or so to unblock it.
It has almost been a month now but my connection is still blocked. I have complained thrice in bharat gas website but no action has been taken. My consmer no is 90578295.
Could you pls help me here as it is causing immense trouble.
