Dear sir, I have booked gas refill vide phone on 2nd march, cash memo no. [protected] has been generated. But we have not yet received the gas refill. Kindly look into the matter. Our consumer no. 13763, we have registerd at townhall office jamnagar. And also agency person are not picking up the phone. Nobody is giving proper answer at agency. With due respect i want to say that i am a consumer of your gas agency blue flame gas service in Janakpuri, C2-D. My consumer number is 23792942 by the name of mrs.ramkali .I have booked my lpg on 3ed march 2019.. . Today is 8th of march 2019..delay in delivery of refill cylinder.
