Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — opt out subsidiary through mobile app

I had taken LPG Bharat gas at Siddhartha Bharat Gas LPG center (Hyderabad) as I had booked my refill on 12/05/2018 & 02/06/2018 thought mobile App as the booking was successful but after I didn't know what happened my subsidiary amount not credit to my bank account . And when i enquiry at office then the Bharat gas Customer care representative told me you had opt out for subsidy as I had mistakenly press opt out Subsidiary through Mobile App. Given two times complaint to Bharat Gas through Customer care Complaint Reference No 3011971 .Please de activated my opt subsidy option .

I hope you u understand and Hope please confirm me once the same is updated.
