Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Petrol pump billing extra charges for online payment

Today 5 December21. In morning 6.25 am i was visit Jai hind petrol pump chinchwad station. They charge me extra 5 Rs for upi payment. When I was asked about it he told me we don't have any qr code its transition going to my personal account i will widrawal money its charges of it.
WTF that is this digital India. In pune Pcmc area petrol pump don't have qr code scanner for online payment
