Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Prepaid LPG refill not delivered ,booking date 24th January

We booked prepaid LPG refill on 24th January yet not delivered, we are following since 8 th February placed complaint thrice, no reply or response yet. Now checked the shop is also closed. Tried to change dealer, it's not allowed on app as we have delivery of cylinder due. Arrange for the cylinder refill at the earliest.
