Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — refund the subsidy amount and cancel opt out

Dear sir,

I am a consumer of bharat gas agency, which is located hyderabad, ibrahimpatnam. My consumer number is 39214554. I am not receiving subsidy amount for 6 months (Not credited to my bank account).in this regard, i asked the distributor help but was not done. Finally, when i was trying to get back my subsidy online. But by mistake, its tapped on opt-out. So, kindly solve my issue as soon as possible to get it back to subsidy, iam not in a situation to give up my subsidy.
