Dear Sir/Madam,
I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against one of your BPCL Fuel filling Outlets named Kamakhya Maa Petrol Pump station road jamui, Bihar, 811307.
Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me on 22/04/2022 at around 11 am, when I had gone to the said Outlet for refilling fuel and ask to fill petrol of Rs 500 in my two wheeler. One of the staff told me to come after one hour for filling petrol as All staff are busy in taking meal and doing other official work. And I was told to meet Owner of Outlets. I went to his cabin to talk to him but apparently she was in a bad mood as he almost annoyingly told me to wait for some time. I kept waiting outside his cabin for around 15 minutes. when she finally come out of his cabin. She certainly has no manners as I was disheartened to see his smirking off face for telling not to give fuel and asked to visit other petrol pump. But at that time I have no more fuel in my bike to reach another fuel station and also I have to received my son from school. At the end, she amusingly and bluntly told me that not a drop of fuel u will get from my Outlets. As you will appreciate this is the kind of remark a silly boy in school would make, not an esteemed institution. With a bit of an anger, I told him - how can she make such a remark! I was told to get lost and stop dreaming to take fuel from this Outlet. About 10 to 15 customers was present in the Outlet, when incident took place, the same can be verified from the CCTV footage.
Having said that, I hope BPCL will take appropriate disciplinary action against that Outlets Owner and employees. Also ensure that employees behave well with its customers.
I would also request your goodself to take hard action regarding the request. And behave well with its customers.
I will be grateful if an amicable solution is provided on my complaint at the earliest.
