My complain was registered on 12/05/17 at 17:29 hrs.
I have receive a msg on 13/5/17 on 10:18 by your system as "your complaint no 1906630 is resolved...."
Today i have been checked by my aadhar no in your portal, which is linked with another consumer no 1769 till now, named as w/o b c kar, 6wing a/f...
My complaint is further that. :-
No 1 — my consumer no is 9457, name — bisweswar kar, father name — niranjan kar, aadhar no[protected].
How this aadhar linked with another consumer no 1769 in same distributor "sainik gas" named as w/ o b c kar?
No 2 — i am serving with army and the other mr b c kar is serving with air force.
No 3 — how the manager of "sainik gas" saying no more about his mistakes?
No 4 — your customer care [protected] have no more info, why they not have a power for a ultimate solution? What can do a normal/illiterate consumer?
