Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Regarding Refund of schedule LPG delivery from company's side

I had booked LPG Cylinder on 8th December 2022, which got automatically cancelled without intimation on 17th December 2022.
No refund initiated for the same till date as I had lodged complaints multiple times through customer helpline number.

I'm requesting to kindly refund the paid amount for cancelled LPG delivery schedule.
