We tried to book cylinder via app, which was not working for more than two weeks. So we went to distributor and asked to provide cylinder after booking it on the same day. All distributor were making execuses on not providing it on emergency basis but asked us to buy it in black market rate. And when asked for manager number, distributor started shouting and using foul language in kannada.
When asked for his number, he refused to provide and then run away from the office.
There is no direct contact number provided by BPCL to raise such complain. When tried to rate the distributor, they dont provide any option. Need to seriously escalate this issue of rude behavior towards customers.
