Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Not providing the gas cylinder at appropriate time and no home delivery | |||||
I am a consumer of bharat gas of your unit at bodhgaya, domuhan branch(gaya), bihar .I am not satisfied with the service provided by this unit .Even after 15 days to the online booking of the cylinder, they are not providing the cylinder at my house. Even after visiting the branch they are not providing the cylinder (not once but 7 times in the span of 15 days, I HV visited the branch ).I think they are doing illegal supply or black marketing of the cylinder. Sir, i applied for new connection on 17 dec 2016 request id is 32245842 so i checked its status daily but now last three days i m unable to see its status because of exceed otp. and also still i have no information of my connection. it has taken too much time in document varification.
