1. That my consumer no. Of lpg with m / s talwar gas service, c3749
2. That my lpg booking reference no. Is [protected]
3. That lpg cylinder was delivered on 05/01/2019
4. That i had received sms that under dbtl scheme for lpg subsidy amount of rs.260 is transferred to my bank account by bpcl for cylinder delivered by cash memo 99977 of 05/01/2019
5. That however the subsidy has not been transferred to my bank account as yet even after so many days.
6. That this has never happened earliar, when the subsidy amount was credited within a day or two.
In view of the above submission your honour is requested to get the lpg subsidy transferred to my bank account without any furhter delay.

Please informe that, i am Leela Devi and consumer of bharatgas. My consumer no.213724 and my register mobile no.[protected]. My lpg subside not return my bank account. Its my mistake opted out my subside. Please sir regularly return my subside my bank account.
