Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — This is about agency regarding transfer

I had my bharat gas connection in PV Bharath Gas Gramin, vijayapuram we asked for transfer from there to Thiruttani Bharat gas agency but has wrongly entered as surrender when we ask for query he is not answering properly and talking rudely. He has wasted our past one week by saying false statements and giving assurances, so take the necessary steps to make a proper transfer.
