The worst customer services i ever experienced.. I went directly to the agency and asked to replace my gas cylinder which he gave he took payment as well but he said he cannot give me receipt for that when i said why for no reason he started arguing with me and when i asked wat abt my subsidy will it b transfered to bank account he got angry n said only one work can b done either ull get cylinder now or book it n get the delivery tomorrow n even the delivery boys they demand 20/- to deliver but for wat they get paid to do that y pay extra.. The owner of this agency does he actually goes through our complaints or no... I want a reply for my complaint..
