Bharat Petroleum Corporation — Bharat Gas Non-activation of dormant connection

Dear Sir, I am Smt Shantilata Pradhan living in Village : Mustafabad, Post : Damodarpur, Via : Dungura, Dist : Balasore, Odisha - 756182. I have a Bharat Gas Connection with Shree Gas Enterprise a Bharat Gas distributor at Basudebpur, Bhadrak District of Odisha. My consumer no. is 8908. I am member of a small family. A cylinder runs for 2/3 months. Due to which my connection became dormant and the Agency did not supply me gas. I had submitted an application with the agency to activate my connection in the month of April, 2015. Till now it has not been activated. On inquiry the Agency told me "your connection will be activated within one week". But 11 week has been passed. Please suggest me, what should I do?
