Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — activation of sim card | |||
My no. Is [protected]. I converted my bsnl postpaid sim to prepaid on 25.11.2017. After waiting for many days the signal came today (30.11.2017). I took the sim from bsnl office ntpc kahalgaon. The sim is from bihar circle but currently i am in sikkim. Everytime i try to call 1507 for tele verification the call ends abruptly. Necessary action (With respect to continual delay and inefficiency) is required at your end. All my otps are registered on this no. Hence activation of this sim is very much important to me. Also i would regret to mention that the bsnl officers in ntpc kahalgaon are very slow and inefficient in their work and it seems that they are deliberately delaying the services so that ordinary people opt for private company sim cards.
