I have taken a new connection in January, and as my ID and Address proof I submitted my passport. I mentioned my address correctly as on passport, But the BSNL employee from Dehradun GPO Branch put it completely wrong and i am not receiving my bills. In last of February i went there and said to change my address, but still the address is same and i am not receiving my bill again on my address
