I just got a new bsnl ftth broadband connection in july account number - *11. I just got my first bill of rs 621 and on 25 august i paid the bill on the link provided by you in your msg.
On this link i clicked on ' click to pay ' option and i was redirected to the payment gateway i paid my bill using my debit card and when the amount got deducted from my account the site crashed and an error message was shown on the screen but amount was deducted from my bank account and i got no message no mail on my email address and when i tried to check on bsnl transaction page i got nothing.
From last 5 i have been in contact with the bsnl office employees and they told me to wait for some days so that my payment will be confirmed but today they told me that your payment is not being processed so i will have to pay the bill again.
Why should i pay the bill as i have details of amount being deducted from my bank account.

I have already suffered a lot from last few days trying to contact your customer care and bsnl offices but i got negative response from your side.
As i have already paid my bill than why i am not getting my bill receipt and why it's not updated in my account.
Please solve this matter as i don't want to suffer any more.
