[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Amount is Debited but Recharge not done

I had done recharge of rs 147 on BSNL Selfcare app and done payment through google pay, my problem is that my amount is debited from my account but the recharge did'nt came. So I want that the money should be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
