It's been almost one month, several times I called and requested BSNL staff for broadband connection since the middle of August but they are not taking it seriously, not providing us the connection & constantly lying to us. They took my documents and completed the KYC on 8th August, as I got the message. But still, they haven't been able to deliver the connection. And if they are asked for it, every time they say today or tomorrow you will get but it's just a lie. If they can't provide the connection or having any issues then they directly tell us so that we get confirmation at least and look for any other network. It's Very unexpected and disappointing.
