my landline telephone no. 2354187 is dead since last friday.....no action has been taken inspite of informing the officials..so please take the necessary steps and solve this problem......

Telephone 2224053 fault reported on[protected]. Complaint Registration No. M246 Mattancherry Exchange. Reported to Grievance Cell Bsnl, Ernakulam vide E-mail. Regret that no response till now from the authorities. Since I am a Public Sector employee and considering the nature of my work land line is very essential. If the fault cannot be rectified please let me know the reason so that I am act upon that.

My self siddharth Rajput. From Ahmedabad Gujarat. I have taken BSNL 3G DATA CARD 3.6 Mbps in Oct. 2010. And my data card no. is [protected]. since last 15 days it is not working properly, it will be disconnected automatically when I am using internet, For regarding this problem I was 3 times complaint in BSNL customer care, first complaint no is k2100142/145 and 2nd docket no. C0900174 dated 09-Mar-2011....

I have being using BSNL 3G Broadband DataCard from 11 Nov 2010,i;m having Rs,1359 Unlimilate Usage Plan(for Download/Upload).I had recieved bill of Rs.42447 for month of March 2011

I have taken an EVDO card 18 months back from BSNL, for which i have paid 3650 on the same day of taking at, as officials at BSNL made it clear that we need to pay that amount at the time of taking the device itself. So i paid the amount in full.

After 1 month i have received the bill for the EVDO which has my EVDO data card price included in it.
I was surprised to see this as i already paid the EVDO...

I am using LG OPTIMUS P500 Handset with bsnl postpaid card..my plan is krushi (farmer) plan..I have 2 major problem ..which is..

1. BSNL is not providing me GPRS Settings for my handset..actually they don't have any settings for my handset ..the setting is not available in bsnl..for that reason I am not able to access internet on my mobile..

2.My STD facility is barred ..they don't allow me to call...

Almost 15 days passed, no action from you. My broad band tel No:[protected] which was transferred from the bangalore north.i,e Malleswaram with great difficulty by paying all kinds of tariff. Now this wrong billing made me so frustration and exposed the communication gaps in BSNL. I shoul have got the bill for amount Rs.660/- instead got Rs.3870/-.

my name is santhosh babu. we are using BSNL Landline phone. from the last 4 months. our phone is not working. bill is coming from every month. several times we raised complaint for this. but there is no response from their side. and even from online also i registred the complaint 3 times in a two months period
(reff nos: "APR/CO/2011/643" , "[protected]", "[protected]")....

I've purchaged a SIM (clled BSNL Family Pack SIM No.[protected]) on 27th Nov 2010 from BSNL, CTO Buildg, Sector - 2, Bokaro Steel City - 827001. But, very important code said PUK Code have not provided by the service provider causes a lot of problems is being facing due to that.

We have your customer from last 10 years. From last 3 to 4 monthe we have facing many problems from your services. Our telephone is dead from last 3 months we complained many times but no solution from your side i pay money to you, i[censored] will not solve the problem then tell me we disconnect our land line no.,My Landline no.[protected],

sir i m bsnl user from 5 years . sir mai village hyderabad se bilong karta hu. yaha per karib 3 saal pehle village hyderabad me bsnl tower lagaya gaya tha . parantu pichle 1 saalo se tower properly work nahi kar raha hai aur mahino tak tower oil chori aur caretaker ki lapervahiyo ke karad tower hamesa band rehta hai aur es vajah se sare gramvasion aur durdaraj ke ke logo ko signal na milne ke vajah se problem hoti hai. es visay me humne bahut...

I have complaint a many times to BSNL authorities regarding my problem i.e the Broadband connection keeps on redialing again and again every 1-2 minutes. I am fed up of this and also complained for it many times. This month i have complained 3 times and the action is NIL !!!!!! I have 500C+ plan for Broadband and I am using there services for past 2 years ! But now Because of this I am Fed Up !

BSNL Broadband not working since last 6 days.(from 05.03.2011).
