Respected sir/mam,
My name is mahibala my mobile number ([[protected]) was under Aircel and later I ported it to idea. Now the problem is the number got deactivated due to non usage (I went overseas) and not it's been moved to the parent operator ie., Aircel.i can not get port number and reactivation Also Aircel network shutdown Because of which I couldn't get back my number.
I've been trying to reach out the customer care number...

As I reached patna, bihar. My cell network is not working at all, could you please consider it as the urgent issue and help me solve it as soon as possible as my most of the work is handled my this number.

Issue me upc number. I HAD GONE their office but they not issue me upc number and I i allready contacted to customer care

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

There is only two sim allotted to my adhar...

I am continuously receiving flash messages even after trying evrythin out. Sent "STOP" msg to 5933500 deactivated flash messages in sim toolkit/idea power app but still i am receiving these messages and even after contacting so many times my issue is not resolved. This is the worst network experience....

Hi,

While i was recharging the idea number with idea web portal and my idea app, the save card for future transactions option was enabled.

Now i wanted to remove the saved cards, but i didn't find any option.

When i called idea customer care, they are saying there is no option for that.
If we didn't login also, the saved cards will show on payment page.

Please help....

Its been 20 days I took the sim from Aundh Pune Idea store. As I lost my phone I blocked the no and reissued the same. But from that day I am not able to receive any messages in my Idea no.
No message means no OTP, No normal message no one can send me messages.
I made multiple complaints in baner IDEA office as well as customer care but there is no resolution.
Even they are closing my complaints without solving the problem....

I went to delhi for coaching and took a idea sim there. Now i came back to hyderabad and didnt recharge the delhi sim for 3 months as im using another idea sim. Idea sim card is not working from today morning (24/03/19), it is showing as emergency calls only. Don't know what is the problem, not able to do outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls.
Tried inserting the sim in other phones but still it is showing emergency calls only. Please help to resolve this problem soon as i'm using only one sim.

My self swadhin i'm a user of idea & airtel circular. When i purchased the sim they said itslifetime tome validity.
Now they are stopping the incoming and outgoing. Even though i have balance.
Unhealthy business tactics by idea.
Please stop this harrasment. If i have balance why they are stopping my services.
What is the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court?...

Good afternoon.

I want to submit a very strict complaint against idea for miss-leading their customers by pretending to provide unlimited services, but in reality, they are not offering the same.

I have faced this issue 2-3 times now, when i made an unlimited pack recharge of rs-199 and have not crossed my daily limits as well and still the idea operator says, "you don't have enough balance"...
