cell network problem

Port to other service not allowed

I would like to switchover from idea to other service provide due to bad signal.
I am trying many times to port from idea to other service provider is not allowing. My mobile number is [protected].

i am receiving the below message

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual *obligations with your service provider. please contact your service provider for further assistance...

UPC not getting

Issue me upc number. I HAD GONE their office but they not issue me upc number and I i allready contacted to customer care

UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

There is only two sim allotted to my adhar...

Without any fault showing no service i tried every way to fix it but same problem when i called to customer care she was saying your sim got damage/corrupted so visit to store to replace the sim by paying charges but i'm not understanding if it's my fault i will ready to pay but without any reason why i have to visit store and replace the sim idea should delivery the replace the sim at my door step.

    My idea prepaid sim is not working in UAE (Dubai), which was working till yesterday. Now no network is showing up. I need to get this active asap inorder to get the OTP on this number. The sim is active till 21 August 23

          Unethical disconnection

          Please note that I've been using my VI number [protected] since 2015.
          It has been continuously active since 2015 and the plan validity of my last prepaid recharge plan of 84 days was up to 4th June.
          Suddenly my Number stopped working on 19th May. There was No Network, No Incoming, No Outgoing - completely Blank & on enquiry from the VI Gallery, I was informed that my number was disconnected for want of KYC & further...

          I have never activated any services from idea, but automatically VI activating services in behalf of me, there is total 35 deduction 2 VAS activated one is Handset inbuilt games 25/- and the second one is Telsync games 10/- . Please take strong action against idea.

            I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site.                         HI, I have upgrade idea sim from 3g to 4g in vi care retail store in Hyderabad and they have charged me INR 150 for just upgrading the SIM. when I reached Vi care support team over twitter, they informed me it was not right way to take money from customer and its free of cost for SIM upgradation. On the token of inconvenience caused to me they promised to provide a coupon of INR 100 and assured me that these kinds of issues will not be repeated in future instances. After couple of days, I have waited for the coupon/reward from them, but they literally ignored my request and not response from them. Thought this forum is bit help full and raising complaint here. Help me to get the issue resolved.

                          My sim card is not showing any network .I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.
