Sir my Home Land-line No. is[protected] &[protected]. I have two phone no. on single bill. I have free punjab plan on my land-line. But from 3 bills i am getting higher billing amount. I am paying for that i have not used. For this i go to S.D.O. rampura phul but he said to go bathinda then after i have gone bathinda but they said this problem is from Chandigarh. I have contact with cgm Punjab but he was not available & his P.A. said my problem will be solved in 1-2 days. but from that day i have payed two bills. No one is listening my problem. Please give me a relevant solution.

    I have an EVDO data-card (number- [protected]) registered under BSNL Pune. As per all communication by BSNL via media like newspaper and electronic media, I was aware that 'National Roaming' is provided for all cards. But, on arriving at Kolkata and trying to connect, I found that I was not able to do so. I had immediately called up BSNL Pune, who in-turn advised me to visit the nearest Customer Service cell for assistance. It was with this hope that I visited the Kalyani Telephone Exchange today.

    What I got next was something I have never experienced as a BSNL customer earlier.I have had a very harrowing experience at the Kalyani Telephone Exchange under Calcutta Telephones today. Mrs. Chakraborty(SDE) was not even in the mood to talk to me or listen to the problem I had to narrate. She was adamant that as the connection was from Pune, there is nothing that she can do. She in turn handed me the number to the switching division at Telephone Bhavan, Kolkata. When I called them up, they told me that a solution could definitely be provided, while the lady here was in no way convinced. Neither was she ready to consult the other team for the solution. I was caught in this disparity between two departments of Calcutta Telephones without a solution to my problem. I was forced to call up Pune again, where the lady was kind enough to call up some Mr.Halder, of the concerned department here in Calcutta Telephones, who in turn assured her that the service would be provided at Kalyani Exchange. Still nothing was done to address my problem. In the end, I have had to return without any assistance except for that advise to travel another 50-60km to telephone bhavan in Kolkata where a solution might be provided.

    If this is what BSNL as an organisation has to offer to its customers on the move and out of their home circle, I as a customer am utterly disappointed. I am unable to use a service which should by default be accessible to me throughout the country. The kind of Public Relation skills exhibited by the SDE was not of the standards how a customer should ideally be treated. I have very pleasant experiences of customer handling by BSNL Pune staff, but this incident at Calcutta makes me think twice before I praise BSNL any-time soon.

    My earnest request to you would be to please look into the matter and provide me with a solution as my work gets affected greatly due to non-availability of Internet connectivity on the move. Also, I would request you to improve PR skills of your staff so that at least if not the service, the customer is not dissatisfied with the behaviour of the staff also.

      I had purchased BSNL3G USB MODEM for internet usage but no network is available in my locality for which i have made several complaints as after purchasing your product no services are being rendered by your company although your company provides slogan in advertisements...jabki maine custmar care me complain bhi kiya par wo log humesha bolte hai 2-3 me thik ho jayega month me sirf kabhi kabhi 6-8 din hi 500-700kbps speed hota hai wo bhi kisi kisi time 1-2 ghante k liye fir se 25-60kbps speed ho jata hai ye humesha hi hota hai.
      aap hi bataye ki jab yahi speed deti hai bsnl to 3g ka addvertisment aur 3g ke wada kis kaam ka. plz care this metar.....

        I had sent a request - "GPRSPRE" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 13/10/2010. It didn't any receved confirmation msg till today - 21/10/2010 . I called up the customer service 1503 and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRSPRE msg again.i send the msg " GPRSPRE" to 53733. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent. The customer service is of being no help at all in this matter and they keep repeating the same - "Sir, please send the GPRSPRE msg.."
        End result: GPRSPRE confirmation msg no receved.

        Even i am facing same problem, called them 93times, but they cant help me may be their technicians have no brain to solve the issue...would like to insult them in news Papers and Media...

          On 17/10/10, I have paid Rs. 550/- (Rupees FIVE hundred and FIFTY only) through on line payment i.e. portal.bsnl/portal online facility, whereas same amount not cradited to my mobile (Mobile no.[protected] till date 20.10.10and the said amount is already deducted from my SB account ( SBI, (Karnataka) Where as I recieved a sms. saying, "SALES TRANSECTION FOR FOR MOBILE NO.[protected] COULD NOT BE PROCESSED. PLEASE CONTECT FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. REF NO. [protected].". And where as, since from the day one, I made several calls to customer care MYSORE , COMPLAINT NO. KT [protected].
          So, I kindly request you to help me out of this matter.

              My name is Shiju. I have BSNL land line connection in Kerala, Ernakulum dist, Moozhikulam telephone Exchange Phone NO.[protected].. From one month back line is not working. Now I am working abroad, Now I can’t call to land line, that phone ringing but I hope that is in exchange only. We already complaint to exchange but they saying some issues, Telephone bill will come every two month ( even it not working). Pls try to solve this problem as soon as possible,

              I am also having the same issue. I dont know what these bsnl guys are doing. I'm fed up with those guys. BSNL is becoming worse. For past few weeks my phone and internet connection is out of order. This affected my job also. No use of complaining to BSNL. They wont give a proper solution.                 I have BSNL broadband 900 plan , according to which i should get a minimum downloading speed of 512 kbps , but i hardly get it ,in fact i am getting a speed of 29 kbps, if that is not enough my net gets disconnected every 5 mins, which is very annoying, it has been 3 months since i got the connection and the problem is since day 1. I have gone to regional office more than 20 times , i have submitted numerous complaints but to no avail , they keep delaying. I really feel cheated.

Broadband is not working properly from 2 weeks. it works for 1 day and stops working for 3 days. we informed about it earlier. but nobody solved the problem. while browsing some website, it gets disconnected sudddenly. please take necessary action as early as possible.

                    Sir/ Madam,

                    Kindly refer to my above Registration for “Do Not Disturb” (ID:135627, Dated 05/08/2010) received on my mobile no. [protected], which has not been effective to this date.

                    Strangely I am receiving promotional advertisements without any number flashing on my mobile set. I received one such call as recently as on 19th October 2010 at 14:33.

                    Kindly check who this caller was and what method was adopted for hiding the number of the caller from the recipient.

                    Kindly let me know also when my “Do Not Disturb” request will be processed, so that I am not harassed every now and then.


                    My mobile set is completely in perfect shape but strangely my calls both incoming and outgoing from other BSNL mobiles get interrupted midway, while conversation is still on. Charges are routinely deducted from my prepaid account.

                    Kindly see to it that this nuisance is corrected at the earliest. Thanking you,

                          BSNL's Attention towards Customers' complaints is very very poor. My Mobile no. is [protected], and I have been trying to activate my unlimited GPRS249 for the last 4 days. But even till todate, it is not yet activated. My account balance is Rs.547/-. Evey time they give a replay that is" My reqest is rejected..." Why this impolite way of addressing. It is a Prepaid service and they are deducting the amount from our account. If it is a free service they can frankly say "Rejected". This sentence is programmed in their computer, hence this may be the reason. Please take immediate action to activate my request

                            Dear Sir, I have brought BSNL BB connection on my existing 15 year old landline connection, On 14th someone came and installed a modem but could not connect with the laptop and gave phone no. of technical support personnel. However, since then I had called around 100 calls to various nos including that of SDO and DE but no one responded till now. I am really fed up with this kind of attitude of nature. Please advise a solution to get rid of this connection as well as my landline also.

                              I am swapnil mehta from indore...my bsnl lanline number is [protected] mene mere ghar ke bsnl landline ki complaint bhut si baar karayi but aapki side se koi response nahi aaya. ab aap hi bataye mein kya karu...i hope aap meri complaint par jald se jald action lenge...thnksssss

                                With the idea to get good Broad Band Connectivity and Service we had installed Tel no 2733321 with a Broad Band Router.
                                The telephone worked for about 3 months after installation and therefater neither the Telephone or Broadband is working.
                                We have made innumerable complaints and every time we are told that there is a cable fault and will be rectified by next week.
                                This next week has not come for the last 8 months and BSNL is aggresively advertising 3G connections.
                                If some one can take cognigence of this complaint and arrange to rectify the phone and broadband connection.

                                Actually, BSNL officials of Assam always try to put a deaf ear on such complaints. Each and every official tries to fled away putting blames on others. For example, if you ask why your enternet speed is so slow, they will say- "no, it's ok from my side. There may some fault in your line. Ask the lineman of your local exchange to correct it (as if problame in the line or delay in checking of the faulty line by the lineman is not their look out)." Again, if you complain repeatedly, they will say- "your computer may be defective, upgrade/replace it with a new one."
                                So, the solution you may expect is "zero". There is no integration among their different wings. You have to run from one wing to other. Just go on paying their monthly bills blindly, they will be happy. Oh god, save this BSNL.
                                Dear Sir,
                                I had submitted my post paid sim to the b.s.n.l office guwahati bearing the cell no.[protected] with the requisite documents along with the latest bill payment reciept for the conversion of the number from post paid to pre-paid on 05.09.2011. I had also delivered the alternate sim for the purpose of conversion but till date the requested conversion not activated yet. Therefore I request the B.S.N.L authorities to do the immediate step to activate the service.

                                The telephone have worked good.but We have made innumerable complaints and every time we are told that there is a cable fault and will be rectified by next week.Every day called to our office and ask your phone is woking.Please arrange to rectify the phone and broadband connection as soon as possible
                                My broadband connection was out of order for last three month whereas several complain was lodged for the same. The error shown 678. I personally requested the broad band section at Panbazar of BSNL. But till now broadband is out of order. My telephone no. is[protected]
                                Very slow speed, weak signal and not getting 3g network infact from one month

                                I am not getting 3 g network or signal in any of our bsnl numbers at the place mentioned below, from past one month, and even the 2g signals are also very weak. Please check that we get the 3g as soon as possible. ( I think there is a problem in the tower or something like that)

                                I m not able to browse net from my wifi for abt last ten days. I hve given complain but didn't recieve any proper response. I also called the respected executibe but he also seem to be not recieving the call. Plz help my another month is again going yo be completed.

                                According 2 bsnl ASSAM, 8-12 days is a month...coz...njoy 3g service only 8-12 days in a month...

                                I got the post paid mobile connection (No. [protected]) from Assam circle probably in the year 2005 or 2006 while I was posted in Assam. Now I have been transferred from Assam and accordingly I opted for PORT IN to Kolkata Circle, BSNL on 13/02/2018. But my request for PORT IN was rejected with the observation that 90 days has not yet been completed to my connection, it is true since I got the connection in the year 2005 or 2006. Again I opted for PORT IN to Kolkata Circle, BSNL on 16/03/2018 but as on date I has not yet considered. it is requested kindly to consider my option for PORT IN to Kolkata Circle, BSNL.

But the secret number of the card has been sketchy during scratching the secret number. I have lodged the complaint on 27th Sept'2010 to you. But no reply has been received from your end till date.

                                    I have taken a NIC USB modem for access to internet.
                                    I have taken it in the BSNL office, PRODDATUR branch (Code:08564)
                                    My NIC number or user ID is [protected].
                                    I am residing in Jammalamadugu which is 20 Km from proddatur.
                                    I have taken Rs.350/- plan for roming in A.P.
                                    But the modem is connecting in Jammalamadugu.
                                    I consulted to the Proddatur branch staff about my problem.
                                    No response from Proddatur office staff.
                                    Kindly rectify my problem.

                                      without my permision BSNL start the MASTI pack from 56505 and deduct the money
                                      Early morning On date 15/10/2010 the SMS coming from BSNL that they deduct Rs 5 for Masti sub pack.
                                      The SMS came from 56505005 the masti pack of 5/30 continuing but I dont understand that how they can subscribe without my consent. How they could deduct the money for it. Please help me for the same I want to unsubscribe from this masti service.
                                      One more thing I think it just a waste of time to make a complain on that site if is it working than why no improvement in the BSNL mobile services.

                                      hi, i m AJAY frm assam same problem i m facing from 9-10-10 this masti pack had been activated without my knowledge. Now i dnt know how to get rid of it. the customercare only take complaints and never solve the problem from rs.245 now i hv only 35...please help me..
                                      mine to same problem. I am from assam too. Every government sector is just hell. They can do anything. BSNL is like a desi kutta. now someone tell what to do with them? where to make a complaint? Their CC is like bunch of illetarate people. Kutta hain sab ke sab.
                                      Plz send me the code for deactivate masti pack that deducted from my account.

                                      BSNL — Masti Pack subscription deduction without my knowledge

                                      The SMS came from 56505005 the masti pack of 5/30 continuing but I dont understand that how they can subscribe without my consent. How they could deduct the money for it. I am facing this problem from last 3 months.
                                      I tried to contact customer care nos. but they are always busy.I get message " our customer care service agents are busy talking to other customers . you will be attended shortly. But I couldnt contact them till date.
                                      Please help me for the same I want to unsubscribe from this masti service.

                                      For Rs 5 for 5 days pack send UNSUB MASTI5 to 53030
                                      For Rs 30 for 30 days pack send UNSUB MASTI30 to 53030
                                      I absolutely agree, I am from Andhra Pradesh, suffering with the same problem. BSNL customer care is just hell. Not even a single response from them in spite of several calls to them regarding deactivating this service.

                                        But since then I keep on receiving the bill with escalation of penalty amount even as on today.
