I have BSNL connection number[protected], which is not functioning from last 1 Month. i have already compliments more then twice but nothing was happened. This is really very bad about the bsnl service in Nitikhand 3, indrapuram, Ghz. I already faced the same problem but that time i found, if you pay some extra bugs to line man. He will solve this problem before you reach home but this time i am not ready to pay any extra bugs, better to disconnect the connection.
But this type of matter is really shameful. I am getting phone bill regularly even if not using the service. I don't understand, How this people can do this and how long they can do, getting the salary without offering proper service.

    I have got a broad band connection via land line No. 2412985. The service is not proper and abruptly disconnected creating frustration. I have applied for disconnection of the connection through bsnl Sector 49 module. But even after about three weeks there is not disconnection of the broadband facility. I have paid all the bills.

    There seems to be no body to attend to such matters

      i m girish jangid and i am using bsnl service and bsnl provide a plan worth 501rs. according to that plan my all call on network std and local will be free for 30 days. but it is not happend so and my balance is deducted from main balance an di am facing this problem to particular rajsthan bsnl number +91759730.... i complain but no response from bsnl

        Sir,
        With reference to the above, I,Deepak Tiwari wish to bring to your notice that my broadband bill has been charged excessively.I started receiving skyhigh bills from March 2010 onwards.This was due to the updation in the BSNL Broadband software from March onwards. Yes, I used more data than my plan permits, the BSNL staff should have provided the bill for the month of March in the April but instead they sent me 3 months pending bills (March,April,May) in July so I couldn't even change or disconnectmy plan in time.Inspite of their fault, I got the bill amount resolved under SAMADHAN Scheme.I wrote an application to change my plan from Home 500 C to 750 UL PLUS on 2 July 2010 Ref Number:[protected].But the mam at the broadband helpdesk said that there was some PENDING STATUS in my account so she isn't able to change my plan and also refused to take my application. She told me that she has sent the error report to CHANDIGARH and as soon as the problem is resolved my plan would be changed and I can submit the application after that.I kept on reminding her about the same for 2 weeks and she kept on giving me assurance that there won't be any problem, the 750 UL PLUS plan would be effective from the same month ie July.I called the BSNL Broadband Callcenter, they informed me that there is no PENDING REQUEST in my account, but every time I contacted BSNL helpdesk at Sanganeri Gate, they said that they are waiting for reply from Chandigarh and my account shows the PENDING error. After that my son went out to pursue his studies so he was not able to contact or remind the mam at helpdesk for the plan change. Now ,in October I have recieved huge bills for internet usage ( July,August,September,October) totalling to about Rs 20,000. I had paid the excessive bill amount for the month of June as well as for the month of August.

        Is it the customer's duty to keep on reminding the BSNL staff to do their work on time or keep on running after staff 15 times a month? I am really frustrated and irritated that's why I got the Broadband connection disconnected on 7 October 2010 Reference Number:[protected].Two days after that, my phone got disconnected and within 3 days,I received my new bill of Rs 20,000. If BSNL can send my bill within 3 days of disconnection, why can't they send one month's bill in the next month.This proves that they deliberately sent me 3 months bills so as to deceive, cheat and harrass me and so that they can fool the customer and make big bucks. The only amount I am willing to pay is Rs 750 x 4= Rs 3,000 as per my supposed to be 750 UL Plan but I have already paid my August bill of Rs 4,287 which is in excess of Rs 3,000. Please refund the excessive amount I have paid and stop sending me the bill again and again.I am not going to go to the BSNL Office or run after lazy officer's desk from one floor to another, pleading them to get the work done. Your service, customer support is ridiculous, people are lackadaisical and there is no technical know how or cooperation between different departments. Everyone just wants to shove the responsibility into each other's face.

        I am using broadband since august. My plan was HOME 500 Combo.
        In the month of october i decided to change it to HOME 250. I gave an application and they told me that I will be phoned to confirm it. They never called me. On 1st of November i saw in portal that my plan has not changed. infact it is still today i.e. 4th january the same plan (HOME 500 Combo).

        But in the bill they have charged me 24, 000 rupees for all the night download. I went to the exchange and told him how you can charge me when my plan has not changed.

        They are saying that my plan has changed in their records and my portal data is false. They are insisting on paying the whole bill.
        I contacted a staff .he said that ur change is done in exchange computer but not in the brodband department of bangalore.

        what should i do now?
        I was a BSNL post paid consumer in 2008 & 09, based in Nagpur. In january 09, I got transferred to Navi Mumbai, I continued using the connection till March. Due to some error in their system, the BSNL posted me bills of Rs. 36204 in Feb & Rs. 35879 in Mar 09. It was the shock of my life and contacted various persons in BSNL. Ultimately I got hold of a DGM with the BSNL at Pune who in consultation with an IT guy of the company concluded that there was an error in their system which led to this type of billing.
        On my insistence they provided me detailed bills of the 2 months running into around 350 pages each. The detailed bills showed calls to one particular number every 1-5 seconds throughout the day for the two months and each call was billed for Re. 1 by the system leading to such exorbitant bills.
        I was provided with a revised provisional bills for Rs. 1030 & Rs. 1063 which was duly paid by me. I then requested them to discontinue the service which was also duly done by the BSNL after clearing the dues. I was assured by them that the issue had been resolved and no dues were pending.
        Yesterday one of my erstwhile neighbours at Nagpur traced me somehow and informed that a legal notice had been issued by the Office of the District Legal Services Authority, District Court, Nagpur for a Pre litigation dispute between BSNL and myself regarding outstanding dues of Rs. 92229 inclusive of interest & other expenses. This notice requested me to be present at the Lok Nyayalaya on 6th Feb & settle the dues.
        This incident has severely maligned my reputaion with my erstwhile neighbours and has given me severe mental agony. Kindly help me to make BSNL realise of its mistakes and compensate me for the trouble caused.
        Sir, We had a BSNL landline connection 14 years back and had received an excessive bill of approximately 1 lac in a month. Prior to this month bill, we had received a bill of around Rs 6ooo/- for which we had made complaint and the BSNL executive agreed that the bill was incorrect and corrected it and the payment was done for the proper bill. For this bill amounting Rs 1lac; we had again filed a complaint to the court as well as the BSNL office and had asked for the revised bill because it is impossible for the bill to be so high as the phone was used for personal use and not commercial. We even received an itemized bill for the same where several calls were made to different states and all parts of the country where we had no contacts also. The executive/officer at BSNL office also agreed that there must be some cross connections made because it is impossible to get such a high bill when used for domestic purpose. Now, after 14 years, I receive a call from one of the executive from BSNL that the outstanding amount for the bill needs to be paid. I have no issues in making the payment but only if I receive the revised bill with correct phone usage and will not pay for the calls where we had no links at all. Currently I am residing at Pune. Kindly explain what needs to be done. Regards, Anand.

          iam from Pilkhuwa iam using a BSNL prepaid mobile i have a balance of 90 rupees i have not using this mobile regularly (28/10/10 to 29/10/10) i use it as an addition i keep it switched often once fro and emergency when tried to make a call from this number it showed 60 ruppes balance ,then i call to customer care , & they have registered a complain after 80 hours, complain no .-6347766, after many time qrey they have not given any information about balance cut,

              we are hereby facing the tremendous problem of call drop and bad network.
              it is heared that BSNL people are taking mony from their competetors for bad services.
              Also, the Toll free numbers for customer care are not in working condition.

              please suggest either we should go for any other company or BSNL will improve your services under your kind controll.

                  The Problem start when BSNL started CRBT Service on my mobile phone on Date 30.09.2010 and deducted 28/- from my Prepaid A/c.For this unfair thing after calling BSNL Customer Care So many times and contineously upto 2-3 Hrs finally able to talk to Customer Care agent Named "Shiv".Who without listening whole problem cut the connection and blamed me that this might be your problem.
                  After 2-3 days BSNL again started another services like Masti Pack and deducted 5- from the A/c and when Complained to talked to Customer Care after wasting so many time to call them,they told to unsubscribe it by sending the SMS to Mobile number 56700 UNSUB ALL.Which again deducted 2/- from the A/c and the result is ZERO.Again After 1 day the same service (Masti Pack) started again and deducted 5- .Now where should i go to complain,because after trying a lot to talk to customer care 1500,1503 but could not talk to them and they are always busy with talking to other customers (message from IVR) comes for more than a hour.
                  Please let me know what should I do now

                  BSNL — Starting service without any information

                  As like always again bsnl started a unwanted service to my mobile no. when i asked to bsnl call center they dont have any information about it,, and they give me docket no. and assured that my problem will b solved in 24 hrs but it is 1 month!!!! this is second time when an unwanted service started to my number and both of the time i dont know who who me or bsnl officials were helpless! i have losed my 40Rs coz service is renewed again without any infomation! I request BSNL to STOP this silly business !!! my no. is [protected] and msg is coming from 12555 under the name of sikh devotional pack.....
                  hoping I dont have to write agian!!!!

My phone no. often remains in dead condition. whenever i am paying my bills to company then why they are not giving me proper solution for that. They said the D.P. Box near my house is on low height that's why children pull wires from d.p. box. BSNL should hang that box on right position. 20 days in a month i see my line dead. No box cover on D.P. Box. Please tell me what should i do.If company can not give me proper service then why i will pay which i am not getting. Please see my problem & see history of my connection working from 6 Months.

                      Sir my Home Land-line No. is[protected] &[protected]. I have two phone no. on single bill. I have free punjab plan on my land-line. But from 3 bills i am getting higher billing amount. I am paying for that i have not used. For this i go to S.D.O. rampura phul but he said to go bathinda then after i have gone bathinda but they said this problem is from Chandigarh. I have contact with cgm Punjab but he was not available & his P.A. said my problem will be solved in 1-2 days. but from that day i have payed two bills. No one is listening my problem. Please give me a relevant solution.

                        I have an EVDO data-card (number- [protected]) registered under BSNL Pune. As per all communication by BSNL via media like newspaper and electronic media, I was aware that 'National Roaming' is provided for all cards. But, on arriving at Kolkata and trying to connect, I found that I was not able to do so. I had immediately called up BSNL Pune, who in-turn advised me to visit the nearest Customer Service cell for assistance. It was with this hope that I visited the Kalyani Telephone Exchange today.

                        What I got next was something I have never experienced as a BSNL customer earlier.I have had a very harrowing experience at the Kalyani Telephone Exchange under Calcutta Telephones today. Mrs. Chakraborty(SDE) was not even in the mood to talk to me or listen to the problem I had to narrate. She was adamant that as the connection was from Pune, there is nothing that she can do. She in turn handed me the number to the switching division at Telephone Bhavan, Kolkata. When I called them up, they told me that a solution could definitely be provided, while the lady here was in no way convinced. Neither was she ready to consult the other team for the solution. I was caught in this disparity between two departments of Calcutta Telephones without a solution to my problem. I was forced to call up Pune again, where the lady was kind enough to call up some Mr.Halder, of the concerned department here in Calcutta Telephones, who in turn assured her that the service would be provided at Kalyani Exchange. Still nothing was done to address my problem. In the end, I have had to return without any assistance except for that advise to travel another 50-60km to telephone bhavan in Kolkata where a solution might be provided.

                        If this is what BSNL as an organisation has to offer to its customers on the move and out of their home circle, I as a customer am utterly disappointed. I am unable to use a service which should by default be accessible to me throughout the country. The kind of Public Relation skills exhibited by the SDE was not of the standards how a customer should ideally be treated. I have very pleasant experiences of customer handling by BSNL Pune staff, but this incident at Calcutta makes me think twice before I praise BSNL any-time soon.

                        My earnest request to you would be to please look into the matter and provide me with a solution as my work gets affected greatly due to non-availability of Internet connectivity on the move. Also, I would request you to improve PR skills of your staff so that at least if not the service, the customer is not dissatisfied with the behaviour of the staff also.

                          I had purchased BSNL3G USB MODEM for internet usage but no network is available in my locality for which i have made several complaints as after purchasing your product no services are being rendered by your company although your company provides slogan in advertisements...jabki maine custmar care me complain bhi kiya par wo log humesha bolte hai 2-3 me thik ho jayega month me sirf kabhi kabhi 6-8 din hi 500-700kbps speed hota hai wo bhi kisi kisi time 1-2 ghante k liye fir se 25-60kbps speed ho jata hai ye humesha hi hota hai.
                          aap hi bataye ki jab yahi speed deti hai bsnl to 3g ka addvertisment aur 3g ke wada kis kaam ka. plz care this metar.....

                            I had sent a request - "GPRSPRE" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 13/10/2010. It didn't any receved confirmation msg till today - 21/10/2010 . I called up the customer service 1503 and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRSPRE msg again.i send the msg " GPRSPRE" to 53733. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent. The customer service is of being no help at all in this matter and they keep repeating the same - "Sir, please send the GPRSPRE msg.."
                            End result: GPRSPRE confirmation msg no receved.

                              On 17/10/10, I have paid Rs. 550/- (Rupees FIVE hundred and FIFTY only) through on line payment i.e. portal.bsnl/portal online facility, whereas same amount not cradited to my mobile (Mobile no.[protected] till date 20.10.10and the said amount is already deducted from my SB account ( SBI, (Karnataka) Where as I recieved a sms. saying, "SALES TRANSECTION FOR FOR MOBILE NO.[protected] COULD NOT BE PROCESSED. PLEASE CONTECT FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER. REF NO. [protected].". And where as, since from the day one, I made several calls to customer care MYSORE , COMPLAINT NO. KT [protected].
                              So, I kindly request you to help me out of this matter.

                                  My name is Shiju. I have BSNL land line connection in Kerala, Ernakulum dist, Moozhikulam telephone Exchange Phone NO.[protected].. From one month back line is not working. Now I am working abroad, Now I can’t call to land line, that phone ringing but I hope that is in exchange only. We already complaint to exchange but they saying some issues, Telephone bill will come every two month ( even it not working). Pls try to solve this problem as soon as possible,

                                  I am also having the same issue. I dont know what these bsnl guys are doing. I'm fed up with those guys. BSNL is becoming worse. For past few weeks my phone and internet connection is out of order. This affected my job also. No use of complaining to BSNL. They wont give a proper solution. My phone number is [protected] under Moozhikulam telephone Exchange.

                                    I have BSNL broadband 900 plan , according to which i should get a minimum downloading speed of 512 kbps , but i hardly get it ,in fact i am getting a speed of 29 kbps, if that is not enough my net gets disconnected every 5 mins, which is very annoying, it has been 3 months since i got the connection and the problem is since day 1. I have gone to regional office more than 20 times , i have submitted numerous complaints but to no avail , they keep delaying. I really feel cheated.

Broadband is not working properly from 2 weeks. it works for 1 day and stops working for 3 days. we informed about it earlier. but nobody solved the problem. while browsing some website, it gets disconnected sudddenly. please take necessary action as early as possible.

Nobody from BSNL has took up my matter till date. I had opt 999/- per month plan in my broadband and i am facing speed problem and connectivity problem. Whenever i complaint in BSNL for this problem they always told me that server is down. But my question is that my neighbour is also having BSNL broadband and no problem has been faced by them.

                                        05/08/2010) & call interruptions.

                                        Sir/ Madam,

                                        Kindly refer to my above Registration for “Do Not Disturb” (ID:135627, Dated 05/08/2010) received on my mobile no. [protected], which has not been effective to this date.

                                        Strangely I am receiving promotional advertisements without any number flashing on my mobile set. I received one such call as recently as on 19th October 2010 at 14:33.

                                        Kindly check who this caller was and what method was adopted for hiding the number of the caller from the recipient.

                                        Kindly let me know also when my “Do Not Disturb” request will be processed, so that I am not harassed every now and then.


                                        My mobile set is completely in perfect shape but strangely my calls both incoming and outgoing from other BSNL mobiles get interrupted midway, while conversation is still on. Charges are routinely deducted from my prepaid account.

                                        Kindly see to it that this nuisance is corrected at the earliest. Thanking you,
