Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bad service of bsnl broadband | |||||
I'm using a bsnl broadband service for past three years. The customer service is pathetic. There is no support provided by them during weekend. I have a connectivity problem since past one month and raised n number of complaints with the 24/7 customer support. But there is no response for resolution. When i call the number, they say they will take immediate action but the problem is still there. I'm paying the bill without utilizing the service and i recommend not to go to bsnl for any service based on the bad service experience. I wonder why the govt owned isp have such a bad service.
