The mobile number [protected] was wrongly deducted by an amount of 49/- and the complaint ticket no is K[protected] for the same. The complaint was lodged on 2nd November 2021 using the helpline no 1503. Today is 9th November 2021 and the same is still under process and the executives talk rudely and disconnect the call.. Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 09, 2021 Updated by LatikaKesarwani BSNL has closed the complaint without refunding my balance. Apparently when they took the complaint, refund was possible and after 7 days of saying "wait for 24-48 hrs" the refund cannot be processed
