Sir, my Landline/broadband no. is[protected] and account no. is [protected]. I had paid my broadband bill of Rs. 695/- on 09 Aug 21 via SBI internet banking. The transaction was done and the said amount was debited from my bank account but till date the bill in the BSNL account had not got cleared.
I also received the message from sbi that the amount of Rs. 695 has been paid to bsnl via. SBI Ref no. IGALSDCKL9 on 09Aug21. Still the payment has not been received by bsnl. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? |
