From last five days no internet from bsnl and i try to contact them but no one responding and i try trough twitter also still no one respond

First they say your landline is problem after i fixed it they said wires are problem and again fixed it and again they said just disconnect your landline and use only boardband even doing these ### im still facing problem
if possible make my money back to me instead of throw in ocean
