I have an active subscription of BSNL BB unlimited plan. I am facing problem of connectivity since the beginning of this month.I have registered a complain regarding my problem on 12 th of february 2017 whose docket number is [protected] but my service provider failed to solve my problem till now.
The problem I am facing is poor internet speed due to which I am not able to open any web page . In short .I am not getting the value for my money which I have to pay as a monthly bill.
