Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Broadband billing issue not rectified

Address:Karunagappally Kerala

This is regarding complaint number[protected] raised about an year ago (Dec 2020). Billing acc [protected], cust acc [protected]. I had paid a one-time charge when I took a connection. I have been charged again when I had changed the plan. Its been assigned to AOTR for about an year.

Plus, I am getting charged extra Rs. 90 as modem rent when I had paid Rs 3K for modem also.
