I had paid for bsnl broadband bill ( 879 ) through Google Pay on Nov 1 but hadn't got any confirmation from BSNL. The bank had confirmed that the payment is successful. Upon reaching BSNL office, they were clueless about what is happening and had told me to " just wait ". On 4 Nov my services had been suspended, with no update of payment from bsnl. Nov 6, they resumed my services with adding the bill for this month totalling to 1700+ rupees. I've submitted the complaints online ( doubtful if the website even works ). Bsnl office workers are hopeless, so I have no idea where to approach except for this. I don't want to pay another 879 for nothing.
Kindly deduct 879 from the total because I've already paid for it.
