This is in reference to my bsnl landline no.[protected], i am availing broadband facility from the last 1.5 years. From the past 6 months, after every 2-3 days o[censored]sage, dsl connection gets lost. I keep on complaining at bsnl, turner road office, dehradun. After writing complaint, it works for 2-3 days, then again, there occurs problem in dsl. I am fedup of complaining after every 2-3 days. I hereby request you to kindly do some permanent solution.

Sir my mobile topup for Rs 220 done online on 7th October 2017 failed but the amount is debited to my bank account. Kindly credit that amount to the bank account or credit tomy mobile top up. Thanking you Kindly do the needful at least with in a day or two.Expecting your quick response.
