I had raised a request on 1st of June 2016 (morning) to transfer my land line[protected]. BSNL linesman did the changes on 2nd of June and informed us that the connection (landline and broadband) would be activated by same day evening. However, it is 4 days since then and the line is yet to be activated. I have made several calls and they keep dodging us without any single point of ownership.
Please note that I have availed high end services from you and your inability to provide me service is causing immense loss to me. Kindly activate this at the earliest and ensure I your bill takes care of this lapse from your side. Was this information helpful? |
