From the past six months i am facing the problem of very poor internet connection speed by bsnl broadband.
Every months i pay amount of ₹820 ਪਰ month just for internet (Because in our village no other alternative is available and cellular network is also very poor). I don't use landline phone, only broadband. I am not getting what i am paying for. Even reached the local authorities and every time they make some excuse, even field staff member advised me to get rid of connection if i am not satisfied. I am getting only 100 kbs speed and 100 of dsl connection break problem. Very poor service by department and very poor behavior with customers. Staff members are behaving like goons and treating customers like culprits.
I am complaining regularly form past six months but all in vain.
Searching for better alternative but our village is in remotely area, other than bsnl nobody provides internet broadband service. Was this information helpful? |
