My telephone bsnl connection run successfully with annual plan advance rent deposit up to may 2020, and also security deposit rs 2000, suddenly my landline bsnl connection cut by bsnl staff in august 2019 without my consent or application, than i requested again connection joined but new connection charges applied and plan changed, again requested now plan changed to annual but all charges like new connection applied, why i not applied any application to connection cut, than all reconnection charges are applied, please amend as soon as possible, thanks naresh kumar mehta -[protected]

Dear sir please do block all the unwanted sms such as from BV-650500 which is very irrelevant and unhealthy from so call brand as bsnl provider. Your timely action is appreciated. Thank you
