Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — BSNL Broadband not fixed since May 2020

My BSNL Kolkata broadband keeps disconnecting repeatedly and running slow. I registered complaint through BSNL Helpline in on 20th May 2020. Status of complaint is still Work In Progress. I have also registered grievance on BSNL web portal. Still no resolution.
