Sir/Madam,
I paid my BSNL Broadband/Landline account (Account number: [protected]) on[protected] around 7:51 pm through PhonePe.
But the payment is not reflected in my account.
The Biller website still shows that I have not paid the bill yet.
PLease have a look and update the issue.
I have attached the screenshots of the paid transaction
