Worst connection I have ever seen in my life is Bsnl broadband connection . I am staying kochi .since 2 yrs I am using this connection every month I m paying 2000/- to 1700 rs for this network buy half the month it's not working . I am calling customer care they don't know how to speak in English, forget abt Hindi accept Malayalam . I complain to all senior head regarding this issue o am facing since 4 months .
