Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Bsnl charging bills from its customers for non services | |||
Concerned officer of the bsnl is requested to see my issue of service quality providing by bsnl to me. This complaint about land line phone service providing by patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad. Bsnl is forcing its customers to disconnect their land line phone facilities without any fault. The other phone installed by bsnl at my location found working. I am very old customer of bsnl, and i paid many unwanted bills for the benefit of bsnl after my complaint through email @ [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 24th march, 2008. My phone complaint was attended after completion of 25 days in 2008. Further, another complaint raised in june, 2011, and attended after completion of one month. Also, my complaint dated july, 2013 attended after completion of four months. The same problem was solved after completion of around one month in april, 2015. More recently, my land line phone is dead from 14 july, 2016 vide complaint no.[protected]. None of the bsnl staff/ officer attended my complaint while i paid my bill on 7th august, 2016 for dead phone facility for avoiding any disconnection charges may be charged by bsnl. Not only this, without attaining my complaint raised during 14 july, 2016 for my land line phone, as my land line phone is dead from june, 2016, the bill for the dead phone generated from the patel nagar exchange, bsnl, ghaziabad for rs. 567 and due date was 26th september, 2016 vide invoice no. [protected] dated 4th september, 2016. I raised my complaint and informed time to time at – [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@trai.gov.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in [protected]@bsnl.co.in No rental rebate benefit was given to me for my phone while it was dead. Bsnl staff may be using bsnl service with good quality for making zero financial charges. This is one kind of harassment by bsnl of its customers, concerned bsnl staff/ officers needs to be punished for not attaining my phone complaint. Bsnl must give an rebate to such customers automatically. During the month of december, 2016, i visited bsnl raj nagar exchange, and discussed with ao (Cash) about the issue, the officer of seat, suggested me, i need to personally contact with sdo patel nagar exchange. It is added here that i did not seen any impact at bsnl office about my said complaint raised on web. In place of solving my grievances, bsnl ghaziabad disconnect my connection vide sms received on 22/02/2017 08.24 hrs. That dear customer, your service, 0120-xxxx797 has been disconnected. Please contact 1500 for any queries. Thanks for choosing bsnl as your service provider. \ Without providing services, how bsnl can charge the telephone rent continuously from its customers. It seems that bsnl land line billing facility is fake, and forcing its customer to quit from bsnl. The detailed bill including calls and charges needs to be uploaded on the bsnl web portal which may be seen by users for making transparency.
