I have been charge a sum of rs.365 in the bill no [protected] date 03/06/2016 and rs 340 in the bill of [protected] dated 03/07/2016 and rs.362 in the bill [protected] dated 03/082016 charge against bsnl hungama movie/music on demand. I would like to bring to kind notice that i have not either subscribe to or utilised this service so far. Therefore i request you leave necessary step to refund the amount from my bill and unsubscribe this service with immediate effect.
