Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bsnl deducting money for divya_14 service

Every week 5 Rs deducting from.my bsnl prepaid account bal for the name Divya_14.I am trying so many times to connect bsnl cust care but no body picking my call. Please let me know what is this service.I also sent msg to155223 with text STOP, in reply i got you dont have any service activated.So who activated this service on my mobile no. and where is my deducted bal is going on.Please solve this issue.otherwise i will have to change my operator.
