On date 4th feb 2018 morning, 30 rupees of amount deducted from my mobile balance. I have not activated any service at all i received a message regarding deduction of money and activation of the service called"mobi shiksha" I called customer care to regarding this issue, but one of their higher authority talked to me in very irritating and unprofessional way. She said its done by me and they will not refund this. And hung up the phone without sorting out my problem. Her name is "barsharani sahu". Its a fraud by bsnl.
