I am the customer of BSNL, A/C No. [protected], Phone No. [protected], Customer Name - Mr. Rajesh Kumar
My internet connection ([protected]) has not been working properly
since it's installed.
I kept calling BSNL dealer in modinagar but he didn't give any response to my complaints.
As per his information BSNL personnel from ghaziabad have not been able to solve the issue.
He keeps saying I don't have time to solve single connection issues and I have to wait until he is completely free.
This irresponsible behaviour is costing my job.
who will be responsible if i lose my job because of this irresponsible behaviour from the government.
Please give a solution, how will I continue to work and what excuses should I make to my company?
This is a request to solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise refund my complete installation amount and I go for another private vendor. Was this information helpful? |
